Our return policy lasts for 24 hours after delivery.

You will have to inform us about the issue within 24 hours after delivery. If 24 hours have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused & undamaged and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & packaging must be undamaged as well.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE - for every return order, 250 rupees will be charged to the customers as a shipping & handling fee and will be deducted from the original amount.

Remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account after deduction of the charges (mention above).

Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be applicable in the following circumstances:
1. if you received a defective or damaged product.
2. if we send you the wrong product.

If one of these conditions is applicable, your product will be returned & you will be refunded.

To get a refund, send us an email at support@casetology.in.

Once the returned order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned order.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If your refund will be approved, then it will be initiated within 5-7 working days into your bank account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is initiated.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@casetology.in

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Our shipping partner will reach you to receive the return order.
